Send me an email or a text, easiest ways to get a hold of me. Calls will need to be scheduled. See if I am available to care for your pet(s) on the day(s) you need.
After I confirm availability you will need to fill out one of these forms for each of your pet(s). These are full of information that will ensure I give your pet(s) the best possible care.
Once I receive the pet intake forms for each of your pets we will need to schedule a meet and greet. All first time services are in idle until a meet and greet is complete.
During the meet and greet I will confirm dates and times for the required services in case anything has changed.
Please set aside time to review this contract. I will need a working email address to forward it to you for signing. It will be signed by both of us. You will need to sign it and fill out any necessary information. After you return a signed copy to me, I will sign it myself and send a copy to you. I will not schedule anything without the completion of this contract.
During my stay with your pets, I will update you in the preferred fashion agreed upon in our contract.
